I provide legal and business advice for MortgagePath and its subsidiaries' operations, with an emphasis on compliance, financial regulation, intellectual property, and information technology.
Prior to Promontory MortgagePath, I was Senior Deputy General Counsel at Promontory Financial Group, a consulting firm for global financial services companies.
Prior to Promontory Financial Group, I was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. I focused on securities regulation, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions and general corporate representation.
