Barred in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Texas, Vance has litigated cases in D.C. Superior Court, and the Circuit Courts of Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington, Loudoun, Fauquier, Culpeper, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Rappahannock, Alexandria, and Norfolk. Vance received his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University and his law degree at Santa Clara University, earning recognition in national trial and court competitions.

After serving as General Counsel for an insurance company, Vance then found his calling at a well respected personal injury and criminal law firm in Fairfax, Virginia. Vance went on to join a prestigious DC personal injury firm, receiving advanced training and experience in motor vehicle collision cases, slip and fall cases, and other personal injury matters.

Vance’s number one goal as a lawyer is to assure his clients receive just compensation for their injuries, and he is not afraid to take on any and every insurance company to accomplish that goal.

Mr. Vance was extremely quick to get back to me upon my initial reach out for service. Vance and his team were swift in helping me understand the importance of the services that pertained to my case. Furthermore, upon finalizing the case, Vance was adamant that I'd be satisfied with the outcome. The customer service was great. Although phone meetings were prevalent and filled with information, email was the best form of communication for prompt feed back. Outstanding Attorney
I was in a car accident and was searching for an accident attorney to handle my case and that is when I met Vance LeBourgeois of LM Law. I knew right away that I had the right attorney, just based on how Mr. LeBourgeois introduced himself. He was matter of fact - to the point, personable, and professional. During my recovery, Mr. LeBourgeois stayed in touch with me to throughout this time keeping me informed of any and all actions, discussions and case related concerns. If the anyone (my or other insurance company representative) attempted to contact me without going through LM Law, he would request that I simply provide them his contact information and he would take care of the concern or issue. He may this whole experience tolerable and less stressful. Prompt and decisive action by Van LeBourgeois and LM Law was above and beyond reproach and was much appreciated. Not only did Mr. LeBourgeois handle my accident claim with professionalism, he also at one point provide me consultation to assist a family member that had legal issues. Do not hire
I hired him for a personal injury case. He did not make any calls to me. He sent another worker at the firm out to meet me, he never met me at all, including when I got my small sum of money and I should have got more for having a Head injury. He was quick to get off the phone when I called. I'm disappointed with him and the firm he works at.

Don’t hire him he doesn’t care doesn’t answer any phone call or txt for few days made my case worse left me in the middle of no where with a big mess am looking for another lawyer to fix it took more than a year and did nothing i really don’t know what to do and he doesn’t return my call anymore don’t know what to do after a year already
