I am a current client who is choosing not to be a client anymore. After 2 years or more of attempting to get a divorce that was supposed to be expedited with the Ephraim Law Firm I am leaving to go to another firm. All of the other complaints on this website are 100% accurate and I actually doubt th...e positive reviews and feel as though they are probably coming from the company themselves. As a matter of fact this is my second attempt the first attempt at actually placing a review was declined I am assuming there is a process where they reach out to the vendor and it is argued. The upper Moss firm seems to work very hard to keep their star ratings and review numbers up by what seems to be posting false. They are so far from my experience I cannot imagine they are real. What I encountered was the same thing that others seem to have encountered which was lost information and constant request for more money due to one excuse after the other. I was told I needed a particular form for my spouse and upon receiving the Forum which again took a very long time for them to actually receive according to them even though it was an expedited to them on multiple occasions they couldn't find it staff changed frequently and often I was told that the new person had no idea why the last person would have given me that information. I had to pay an additional $100 because a case was closed because it took so long they wanted to charge me the full rate and start the process all over again but after arguing they only charge me a hundred but then at the end of the process they stated that they would need an additional 250 to do the case because the form that cost me an additional $100 to get the court didn't accept any longer.... There is no follow-up in this firm you have to stay on top of things or things don't happen. After they have your money they really stopped communication until you follow up.. I have switched to another firm and what took these guys 2 years is already almost complete. Save your time money and frustration and go somewhere else! By the way this divorce was a hundred percent uncontested my spouse was completely in agreement of everything and it was amicable on both sides there should not have been a reason for delay!
