This office failed to return email, failed to return phone calls, let pass self imposed deadlines. I would not do business with this office if you are looking for results. The website makes the business look easy and professional, but the website is misleading. The office provided very good custom...er service before I paid in full, but then never contacted me again after receiving full payment.

This has been a nightmare. I would not recommend anyone to use the Law Office of Michael Ephraim. I obtained them in February. Called and made my payment to the rude lady who answered the phone. Two weeks went by and no separation papers were sent to me as promised they would be sent right away. ...When I called they didn't know what happen that this never happens but I just slipped thru the cracks. But I would get my separation papers via email by the end of business day. Which I did surprisingly. Then I get separations papers signed and scanned emailed back to them within less than 2 weeks. It takes another 2 weeks for mine and my witness depostion papers to be emailed to me. As soon as I receive those I get them notorized and emailed back to them. Then a week later I get an email stating that they emailed the waiver to my estranged husband. Funny I never gave them an email address so how did that happen. I email back to tell them it must be mailed gave the address again. A week later he still doesn't receive them so I email them again and say that he hasn't received them and gave his address again. He finally receives the papers. Gets his waiver signed and mailed it back to them last week. I have called all this week they have told me they didn't receive it. That I could scan a copy of the waiver if he has it. So I have to ask him for the waiver. He gives it to me I scan and email it. I call them to let them know I have emailed it and the gentleman says oh yea we have both your emailed one and the orginal. He tells me they have had the orginal for a couple of days. REALLY. Then he leaves me on hold I am assuming to tell me the next step and how much longer this would take. NO he lets me know after 30 minutes of being on hold that the waiver they sent was for the wrong court. OMG!!! They emailed me the right waiver and apologize. Then after I get the waiver I email them and ask can I just not use them and retain anther lawyer and get my money back. A woman replies back and says I will get no money back because I have only made the intiatal payment WHAT!!!!!!! I have paid them in full. I then forward my receipts and asked them to update their files and I would like confirmation of this. I have not heard from them since. I will never use this firm again. I don't know how they are still in business. I pray that no one has to go thru the hell I have by using them. When you see their name with all their promises. RUN!!!!!!!!!!

Obtained this firm in August of 2013. Got my paperwork quickly at least. Paid all in full up front for a 3 week divorce. After the estranged wife and i signed all required paperwork we were told it should take approx 2 weeks for our decree to come in the mail. I have yet to see it.......2 years later.... Spend the extra cash for a local trustworthy lawyer. These scam artists arent worth the frustration.

Lousy service, very incompetent staff, unprofessional and terrible communication. No one returns your phone calls after leaving messages into an answering machine, no one replies back when you send emails. Save your money an look for a better law firm. My case was supposed to be easy, cut and dry and... after a year and $500.00 still no results and nothing have been resolved. A case that was only supposed to take 3 to 4 months.

Incompetent workers. Going through a divorce is not funny but be also frustrated by a law firm with incompetent employees is just like adding insults to injury. A divorce that was supposed to last 90day, enededo up lasting for over 120days. Even if that, I have to make series of calls. It was ...so frustrating. Just stay away from this firm.
