VERY BAD LAWYER
Mr. DeVita did not spend time working on my case. He charged two hours for his commute from his Arlington address to the court in Fairfax county which is not at all legal service. He has not versed in my case situation. He charged me for the retaining fees then messed up with other party attorney ...

Do your homework.
Rude, lacks compassion, and only trying to make a quick buck. Takes on cases he has no business working on and isn’t forthcoming on his experience; doesn’t even follow up with the correct parties for supporting documents. Gives good lawyers a bad name.
