Biography
David Deane has over 18 years of experience handling criminal and traffic cases. As a young prosecutor in Fairfax County, David handled hundreds, if not, thousands of criminal cases. Those cases ranged from low level traffic citations to high level felonies. Those three years gave David a lifetime of trial experience. David has been handling cases from the defense side for more than 15 years and focuses his practice on DWI and high level traffic cases (reckless driving, driving on suspended licenses, etc) as well as, criminal cases such as drug possession, theft, assault and many others. David is aggressive and will fight to get you the result that you deserve.
