I hit the jackpot of charges in Arlington VA and was charged with a drunk in public while carrying a concealed weapon without a CCW and had my 2 small kids with me which the police also charged me with 2 counts of contributing to delinquent of a minor. I also had a seperate charge a few weeks later f...or driving under a suspended license. So 5 harsh charges and I was facing 1 to 2 years, maybe more, as well as tons ot fines and whatever else. I started to call various attorneys for consultation and I was reccomended Mr. Deane by another attorney who could not take my case due to being out of town and when they said he is a hard hitter, they were not lying. Once the court dates came he was able to handle his part and got half the charges dropped, no fines, no probation and only like 12 days to serve which Is a breeze compared to 6 months or more if I stayed with my public defender or went with someone else. I am glad I hired Mr. Deane and will hire him again for any future issues that may need an experienced attorney that will get things done like a pro that he is. I used a few lawyers in the past and I highly reccomend Mr. Deane. The guy is a Pro and a Hard Hitter. You wont be dissapointed.
