With over 16 years of combined professional experience as a social service worker, a U.S. Army JAG officer, a state prosecutor, and a defense counsel, Daniel founded DCKimLaw in 2026 to provide trust-based, client-centered, and principles-driven legal representation to clients in their time of greatest need.
DCKimLaw is a solo criminal defense law firm that brings the compassion of a social worker, the meticulousness of a prosecutor, and the discipline of a soldier to every case, to every client.
