Dan listened to me, contacted third parties to get corroboration and wrote a letter to try and help me protect my young children from the indecency my ex was exposing them to with his relationship outside of marriage post divorce having the kids sleep under the same roof as him and his paramour. Unf...ortunately, we live in a society where nothing is shameless or indecent anymore so nothing changed. Still, I appreciate the efforts Dan made to help. I looked for a lawyer who would support me the best when I was going through the most difficult situation in my life. I found him with Google recommendation. Unfortunately, his inability to remember the important events told, to prepare me for the case, to be unprepared, to ignore and postpone our m...eetings, to act with the other party's lawyer and to betray the law, put me in a difficult situation in the case I was right. Absolutely disappointment for me.

It's just funny how all the thoughts I had are validated by other clients' comments. He was a terrible advocate for me in court and never showed any passion about my case. At least if you represent yourself you will remember the important points about your case that NEED to be made in court. In co...urt you will always feel like you are on the defense even against lousy opposing attorneys. Lacks any aggression or assertiveness. And on the phone he talks so slow and drags out calls. He acts like he's not aware that he charges a premium for every second of your conversation with him.
