This is a suggestion to look for other counsel instead of retaining Ms. Claudia Zucker, an attorney in northern Virginia. In her own words, she is now "too busy to work on your case", so unless you are her primary priority (not determined by her existing caseload, it seems - she readily takes new ca...ses) she doesn't have the bandwidth to help you. You will also know she doesn't have time for you when the opposing attorney sends her an email advising if they don't receive a response in a timely fashion they will file for a court judgment instead of filing the agreement the other party has already signed and forwarded for consideration. She will forward the attorney's email to you 1 month after she receives it. But, she'll neglect to also send the email containing the signed agreement, so you won't be able to take action. She'll suggest you "meet in person" with her, but won't identify a suitable time for an appointment. She will also stop answering your calls, texts, and emails...all the while the opposing party wants to collect legal fees associated for the untimely delay. Strongly suggest you save time, money and frustration and look elsewhere.
