Couldn’t ask for a better attorney

When it became clear to me that my custody & child support situation was not going to come to a resolution without the courts getting involved, I was referred to Nichols Zauzig by a family friend who had previously had a wonderful experience with this firm while being represented by Paul Nichols. I ...cannot say enough amazing things in regards to the representation I have received by Paul Nichols. His knowledge of the law and ability to analyze a situation, (sometimes that situation could mean the second right before the court hearing is to begin) and to be able to quickly make the right decision for his client is completely remarkable. I wholeheartedly will continue to put my trust in him and highly recommend to others needing an amazing, experienced, results driven attorney to do the same.

We are appreciative and grateful for how our son’s child custody case was handled by Paul F. Nichols of the law firm, Nichols Zauzig. Mr. Nichols was the third and final attorney we hired who was finally able to understand the complexities of what proved to be a difficult and traumatic experience fo...r all involved. Mr. Nichols explained everything in terms we could easily understand, was responsive to our questions and concerns and kept us advised of the status of the case. As a result of his exceptional expertise, we now have the opportunity to be grandparents and our son has the opportunity to be a father to his two children who were alienated from us by their mother. Through Mr. Nichols’ adroit understanding of the complex circumstances of this case, he was able to right the wrongs that had been done. His paralegal, Dana Lynn, is outstanding. Ms. Lynn was knowledgeable, compassionate and able to expertly respond to our inquiries and requests. We are all extremely pleased with the outcome of our son’s child custody, visitation and child support case and highly recommend Paul F. Nichols and his firm.

Attentive and Extremely Knowledgeable in Divorce Issues

Paul Nichols just represented me in a difficult child support case with my ex-wife that required patience, knowledge of our county laws and knowledge of my case. Paul Nichols negotiated a stoppage of child support based on a change in living arrangements of the child. This is the third time in many ...years, that Mr Nichols has represented me with divorce issues that needed judge's signature court attention. I originally sought out Mr. Nichols because of his local reputation, but after researching his capabilities, I found that he was a member of Best Lawyers of America, a rating that only .5% of lawyers achieve. That rating made up my mind to contact him. I have never doubted that decision since. Mr. Nichols is attentive in pushing items through the court system and trying to expedite cases for a speedy process. His staff is always available and assist in the whole process of getting information from the courts or getting information to him, to fight on your behalf. His 35+ years of practicing law has allowed him to be a well respected lawyer in the area, with the ability to get things done through established relationships. His negotiation methods are fair and he looks out for his clients best interest always, first and foremost. His communication of case progress is never in question. I would not look for any other lawyers to represent me other than Paul Nichols.
