I cannot say Thank You enough to Kevin and the Venable team! I was engaged in a very complicated Estate, Trust, and Will case with the passing of my father. The situation was further complicated due to dysfunctional family dynamics. At the time Kevin was brought in, there was a complete breakdown in ...communication among all family members, emotional unrest, lack of trust and a significant financial impact on the line with regard to inheritance. From the very beginning, Kevin was able to quickly establish order, trust and confidence not only with my "side", but also with the two additional opposing counsel groups involved. Kevin reviewed the mess of legal documents and confines that I was stuck in and made an immediate recommendation and action plan of what we could expect as potential outcomes; each containing a risk analysis of what the rate of success would be for the direction we wanted to choose. It took the lawyers from all three firms over 7 months to finally agree on a settlement and I am thoroughly convinced that our outcome would not have been nearly as successful if we hadn't chosen Kevin to lead the charge. Kevin demonstrated impeccable standards of professionalism and ethics, of which the same could not necessarily be said for the "other side". Kevin's timeliness of responses, accuracy of assessment, patience and guidance throughout the ordeal was what I appreciated most; especially in a situation that was at times extremely emotional. Kevin was very objective throughout the length of our legal battle and I never felt that he over or under sold our possible outcomes. He successfully managed expectations and made excellent judgement calls when they were needed. I cannot thank him enough and as I said, we would not have had the successful outcome we did if it weren't for Kevin and the Venable team.
