We hired Ferheen for my relative's US citizenship (N400) filing. We did not employ her during the interview process. She met our expectations and explained the process clearly to my relative. Because it is a small firm, it is your job to keep on top of paperwork request. She did prep the applican...t for the citizenship interview although she did not conduct a mock interview. That would be an added plus if she had done that. But the applicant was well prepared and watched all the citizenship interviews on youtube.
