In my experience as an immigrant, It is almost impossible to find an attorney who is a great human, meticulous, well versed in the law, and timely. Ferheen helped a family escape the current turmoil in the middle east and be in the U.S. in a record time (3 weeks). The family needed an I-864, ...I-130, and and various one off support to get the U.S. safely. She did so on pro bono basis, and worked on thanksgiving day, day before, and after to make sure this is done. I strongly recommend her for your various immigration needs. Ferheen is hands down one of the most diligent immigrations in NoVa and beyond. My case was complicated but Ferheen worked with me so well and made sure that we filed a foolproof case to ensure success. Additionally, communicating with Ferheen was always easy and quick - whether I had a concern, or... a question about letters I received, she was always extremely responsive. With the new administration and the new immigration system, I ended up getting an additional Request For Evidence letter despite filing an initial fool proof case. But Ferheen was extremely diligent again and helped me file the best evidence which got me my green card within weeks!!! I filed my initial case in October 2018 and I had my green card in my hand in May 2020. I highly recommend to anyone struggling with immigration cases.
