David is a fantastic lawyer. He is patient and professional. He listened to my concerns and guided me along the path to victory in my case. If this lawyer is indicative of all lawyers then I'll never use one again !!! I had a lawsuit against a former business associate of mine and Goldberg was recommended. I ended up shelling out a LOT of money (at least it was a lot for me) and got nothing in return. He only communicated to me th...rough his billing staff...and that was my billing statements. He never gave me a phone call of email to let me know the status of my case....I always had to initiate the communications. Eventually I just stopped hearing from him.
