Biography
I joined Partovi Law LLC. in 2017. Earlier, I practiced for more than 10 years with Erickson Immigration Group in Woodbridge and Arlington, VA, specializing in business immigration law, especially PERM applications and H-1B visas. In 2011, I received Fulbright grant to teach the course on American Legal System for international students at Modrzewski University in Cracow, Poland. From 2018 to 2021, I was teaching Immigration Law II course at George Washington University Law School in Washington DC.
My practice focuses on employment based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, and family-based petitions.
