Amanda Katherine Anastasia Lipon

Ms. Schneider is the founder and principal attorney at Lipon Law, a boutique law firm that provides a wide range of legal services with an emphasis on commercial transactions.  Ms. Schneider routinely overseas matters of corporate governance, equity and debt fundraising, commercial licensing, commercial leasing, intellectual property and data privacy issues for her clients.

Prior to launching Lipon Law, Ms. Schneider was a senior associate at Boyle Law and served as corporate counsel for MicroStrategy in McLean Virginia where she negotiated commercial and transactional agreements and made strategic legal decisions in connection with expansion initiatives in China, India, Latin America and Asia.  In addition, Ms. Schneider initiated an overhaul of key internal policies for the company's U.S. operations.  

Ms. Schneider was also in private practice with Hughes Hubbard & Reed in Los Angeles, California focusing on mergers and acquisitions and private placement offerings.  

Ms. Schneider earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, Los Angeles, CA, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. and holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.  She is admitted to practice law in California and Virginia.
