I have over thirty years experience as a personal injury attorney representing injured clients throughout Virginia, D.C. and Maryland for all types of incidents, such as auto accidents, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, premises liability, slip/trip and falls, dog bites and product defect cases. We represent clients on contingency, which means we never ask our clients for any monetary contribution to their cases during the entire time that we represent them. If there is no recovery, we waive all fees and costs. We also have contacts with many medical providers who can provide medical treatment on a contingency basis also, so our clients do not have to pay anything out of pocket the entire time that they obtain medical care. Very happy with my representation
I was very pleased that my lawyer and his paralegal Jessica helped me get a good settlement with the insurance company. We had to sue them in order to get them to pay me fair compensation for injuries that I suffered in a car accident.
