Mr Riley is charming, bright, driven, determined, and insightful. I worked with him for five years at an international energy company based in Virginia. He is never late for a meeting. A great co-council for any major deal because he has amazing listening skills. We worked with many outside lawye...rs on our very large transactions. The transaction size was several hundred million dollars. It is challenging to move large deals ahead due to the many complications that will surface along the way. We did not have deals fall apart.
