Liar & Ripoff
This bozo can't get out of his own way and charges clients like he's gonna be good for them and do lots of work, but botches everything.

Would not recommend this lawyer
I was very unhappy with all aspects of dealing with this lawyer. I found him to be evasive and unable to provide me with the level of representation that I expected.

Extremely disatisfied with Phillip Leiser
I was every disatisfied with the way Phillip Leiser handled my case and was equally disatisfied with his billilng practices and the way he treated me. He was disrespectful and simply rude. Ineffective in handling my case, as well.

Phillip Leiser -- Not Recommended
Did not do what he said he would do and charged more than he said he would charge. Lots of big talk but nothing to back it up. It was a big mistake using Phillip Leiser.
