I worked in an Elderlaw firm for 5 years. I currently own a small business which caters to senior issues and I am available to serve as Successor Trustee for anyone who wants the kind of care and attention a loving and knowledgeable adult child would give to the estate planning wishes of an elderly parent.

I would be willing to serve as a Guardian ad Litem for cases involving children, mentally ill or elderly clients, possibly pro bono. This was an an area of the law that I worked in while in law school. As a small business owner for a company serving the needs of Elderly clients I am frequently involved in monitoring and assisting with general welfare.

I have been involved in getting several cases through probate in the DC courts, however they were cases with substantial Estate Planning that had a small amount of assets that had been inadvertently left out of Trust titling or simply needed court recognition that the entire estate was to be guided by Trust law.
