Excellent

Very professional, always ready to assist. Me and my wife hired Tyler for my permanent residency through marriage. Tyler was in top of everything, he prepared and predicted the case very accurately. Based on my experience and the clarity he had on everything I highly recommend him.

If your life depends on it, depend on Mr. Christians!

I am the owner of an educational institution and often come in contact with students that are in desperate need of good legal representation. At times, their lives depend on the outcome, as it did with my student. Mr. Christians was incredibly sincere in all of his interactions with us and very tho...rough in all of his instructions and explanations. He always gave my student the ability to make decisions with full knowledge and understanding of the legal ramifications. He made every attempt to understand and respect her culture and how it impacted her situation. He kept us informed on a regular basis and assured my student often when the fear over the possible outcomes would consume her. He would come to my office to meet with her when she was in school so she would not endanger her non-immigrant status. He was very responsive and very experienced and did not waste his time or ours. When certain filings did not result in the outcome for which we had hoped, Mr. Christians was already prepared to move forward with the next option available to my student for remaining safe while legally residing in the U.S. His efforts, his support, and his experience all resulted in her receiving her legal permanent residency and avoiding the grim fate that awaited her should she have been forced to return home. Mr. Christians, by my account, saved her life. At the very least, he gave her and her children the possibility of a bright future. He did his job and much more. If you are in need of sincere, informed, and reliable representation, I can not recommend any one more capable and ready to provide that for you than Mr. Christians.

Non-Profit Director

In my career, I advocate on behalf of international refugees and asylum seekers to help them understand and employ their legal rights and responsibilities as new comers to the United States. I have worked with Tyler Christians for approximately 3 years on a number of occasions to help process Green ...Card applications, Asylum cases, advise on criminal allegations and juvenile affairs. He is not only acutely knowledgable of the written law, but equally as important, he knows how to navigate how the law is interpreted and applied by each character within the legal context in which he is working ( local law enforcement, federal agents, DA's, judges, trends and policies, etc). He knows what is happening on a policy level as well as what is happening on the ground. Along with his technical ability, he has demonstrated the upmost integrity in his personal vision and character. He listens well, asks good clarifying questions, is resourceful and communicates his legal strategy in a clear and concise manner. He is organized, persistent and practical, and works well under pressure. He has treated each of my cases with the same due diligence whether complicated or simple. Working in the non-profit sector, my budget is limited for both me and my clients. Tyler is one of the few lawyers I have worked with who deliver a premium experience even on a budget. With most lawyers, you get what you pay for and when you don't have a lot you get less time and thoughtfulness towards your case, because at the end of the day its about the money. Tyler is different. When he takes a case with me or one of my people at an agreed price, he is committed to the task of providing the best legal service and concern he possibly can and nothing less. If he is not able to deliver his personal best with excellence, he will let me know up front and spare both of us the disappointment. He doesn't have a problem saying yes, and he doesn't have a problem saying no. That is so refreshing this world! I find this a rare trait working with attorneys, but working with Tyler has broken the stereotype that "all lawyers are the same", they are not. I was fortunate to find an attorney who is good at their job and still cares about people. This has been my experience with Tyler Christians. I would highly recommend him.

Honest, straight, and very professional

He was recommended to me by a friend who used him. He provided me with great consultation on a very complicated immigration case, and we were going the wrong direction and approach, He didn’t only guided us to the right path, but he went beyond by conducting a full search on all the document needed,... with names and phone# on who we should be contacting, it saved time and headache and running in circles that will need us no where. I would highly recommend him
