We talked at length before hiring Tyler (Christians Law, PLLC) about whether we wanted to save money and do the immigration process by ourselves, or pay an attorney. We concluded that the process was so stressful and complicated that it would be really nice to have somebody who knew the law and the i...ntricacies of the system. We got very lucky because we found Tyler on our first attempt. At that point we weren't even worried about what kind of person they might be as long as they could do the work. But any stress we ever had about what to do or uncertainties in the process was quickly relieved by Tyler explaining how things work in a very patient way. The firm is made up of kind people. But also ethically and professionally they always excelled in their work. Unfortunately, we don't need them anymore because we have done everything we wanted to do. But they are worth knowing and worth hiring.

In Nov 2018, I found Tyler from Avvo.com, and seeing his good reviews I was very impressed. I had a call with him and over the phone, after listening to my case and mentioned very confidently that he can take up my case. It's been more than 1.5 years, Tyler was not able to do anything in my case. I ...had the last conversation with him around Dec 2019 and as per Tyler, he was still working. It's been more than 6 months now since he last contacted me, he didn't bother to give me any update or information after that. There were times I had to inform him, what he can and can't do in my immigration case. Poor ethics, Poor communication, poor knowledge. Advice for Tyler - Just to make some money, don't play with the emotions of people by making fake promises which you cant deliver.
