Derek is Awesome! I have applied for mental health disability on my own the 1st time and was denied. The whole process was overwhelming to me, so I did not appeal it. I then ran across a YouTube video of Derek S. Cervoni… I was sold. After watching his video, I was actually relieved, I had found my ...attorney. I contacted him the very next day and the process of filing for disability began again only this time I felt good about it. Derek took all my info and went to work right away filing everything that was needed for me. He and his office did 90% of the work for me. When you are sick, it’s difficult to figure out how/where/when to deal with all the government websites, forms to fill out, etc. All of that gets very overwhelming. Mr. Cervoni made it easy, and kept me updated on the progress on a regular and timely fashion. All I had to do was sign some papers and return them. Everything was done either by phone or through email until the actual court date for my hearing. We Won!!
