Derek S Cervoni

Unfortunately I was diagnosed with Cancer and very soon after, was unable to work anymore. I was referred by a relative to Mr. Derek S. In 2014 – my vibrant and healthy 32 year-old daughter became ill with Lyme disease. What we thought would be a 6-month recovery turned out to be a series of chronic illnesses that left her unable to hold a job and work. Before coming to Mr. Cervoni I had been denied twice, and needed assistance appealing my case before a Judge. I recieved a call back from a friendly receptionist within a short while after submitting my online inquiry. I had applied for disability between 2016-2017 when I had to stop working after numerous health issues and diagnosis: fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, GI issues, chronic anxiety... These issues caused very debilitating years for me but between 2018-2019 was the most success while working with Mr. Ce...rvoni. I received my back pay from the original time I was denied, so thank you Mr. Cervoni for fighting for me when I was physically too weak to fight this case myself.
