I had to deal with an extremely complex tax question relating to an inheritance I got overseas. I had tried working with at least half a dozen attorneys and CPAs and all I got where vague responses. The real challenge - how to apply US tax law to a foreign scenario - was not being addressed, and when... I prompted them to tell me a proper course of action, they never really committed. It was a horrible and stressful couple of months, until I came across Mishkin and his team.
