The Law Offices of John C. Bazaz, PLC is a general practice law firm with an emphasis on the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We help consumers and victims of identity theft remove inaccurate information from their credit reports and background check reports. Though this is an area of emphasis, it is not the limit of our focus. Our principal member, John C. Bazaz, has years of experience representing clients in civil litigation matters, personal injury matters, as well as corporate and business matters.
Mr. Bazaz has extensive experience handling matters in the Virginia state courts and federal courts throughout the country. In all his matters, Mr. Bazaz takes an outcome-oriented approach to alleviating his client’s concerns. This approach may result in a settlement, mediation, trial, or an appeal, contingent upon the circumstances of each individual case.
Prior to founding the Law Offices of John C. Bazaz, PLC, Mr. Bazaz worked at several law firms including: Surovell Markle Isaacs & Levy, PLC, Martin Arif Petrovich & Walsh, and was a member of the legal defense team for Lee Boyd Malvo (DC Sniper Case).
Mr. Bazaz is licensed to practice before all state courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Additionally, Mr. Bazaz is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Fairfax Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Bazaz received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and his Juris Doctor degree from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America.
Currently, Mr. Bazaz resides in Fairfax, Virginia with his wife, two children, and English Bulldog.
