Luu has focused exclusively on family, and she has appeared in all of the circuit court and juvenile and domestic relations district courts in northern Virginia. Ann has also successfully negotiated many settlements.
Before entering private practice, Ann completed a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Richard B. Potter, then Chief Judge, of the Prince William County Circuit Court. She was also a student attorney in the school’s Community Justice and Legal Assistance Clinic, which provides free legal representation to the underprivileged and low-income families.
Ann was born in Saigon, Vietnam, and speaks fluent Vietnamese. After her family emigrated from Vietnam in the mid-70s, she was raised in California, Texas, Virginia and Rhode Island.
Ann is a member of the Virginia State Bar; the Fairfax County Bar Association; and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Virginia, of which she serves as a Board Member.
