I was recently presented with a complicated Child support modification problem that potentially involved three states due to parent moves from the original state order. I went into the call thinking I understood what needs to happen if my ex-spouse requests a child support modification. Ann's adv...ice was not what I was expecting. It was an enormous learning curve understanding the law and requirements. She explained the laws of Virginia and directed me which questions I need to ask to the other state attorneys.
