Just what I needed

After the collection of this gentleman's medical records and bills efforts were made to resolve the claim through negotiated settlement. Those efforts failed and as I was not a licensed Maryland attorney, a request was made of a professional friend to file a lawsuit in Maryland state court. He agreed to do so but did not. As a former Marine I took sole responsibility.”
