Just what I needed

Untrusted, bad lawyer
This lawyer accepted my case and promised helping me. Whenever I asked the status of the case. His staff always said the case was processing. However, he kept the case almost 2 years, when it was still one and half months to the expired date, he sent me a letter stated that he closed the case. ...

Replied last August 22, 2017This office does not close cases within six months of the statute of limitations unless there are unusual circumstances. I am committed to seeing a case to the end and try the case to a jury!!!!

“I was retained by a gentleman who allegedly fell from a gurney in a Maryland hospital. After the collection of this gentleman's medical records and bills efforts were made to resolve the claim through negotiated settlement. Those efforts failed and as I was not a licensed Maryland attorney, a request was made of a professional friend to file a lawsuit in Maryland state court. He agreed to do so but did not. As a former Marine I took sole responsibility.”
