Having represented hundreds of injured workers in their workers’ compensation cases under the federal Defense Base Act (DBA) over the past decade, Mr. Vinci oversees BLG’s DBA practice. Besides his U.S. clients, he has also represented clients from places like Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, France, India, Iraq, Kenya, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Philippines, South Africa, Uganda, and Uzbekistan.
