I applied for asylum through this office way back in 2017. In the intervening years, they helped me get and renew my EAD as I await the asylum interview. They are a friendly bunch of people. Always lovely, welcoming. I have access to the lawyers anytime, and they patiently respond and answer my qu...estions. This year, I was called for an interview. I was taken through the process and coached very well to ensure I was prepared. I was nervous but my counsel who accompanied me to the interview kept reassuring me that all would be fine as my case is water tight. And I am happy to report I was granted asylum! Mr Roberts is the best lawyer ever and honestly my review should've been posted even before my case was granted! He is straightforward, honest and always on point! Very loyal and dedicated and by that I mean that he will give your care all attention and dedication! During your practice you will fee...l like you're his only client! He is so focused on details and will make sure your case is strong and fit and if not he will be so honest and will tell you your real situation! He's neither optimistic nor pessimistic! He's logical and realistic! I have to mention this , my case was rescheduled so many times! It took 10 years in the court for so many reasons ( none of them which the lawyer can do anything about it , I didn't have any emergency that could've granted me a motion! So it's not his fault at all!!) and covid one of them ! I had multiple dates for the court during those 10 years, each of them Mr Roberts was preparing me strongly and carefully! He never treated me like I'm a case who took much of his time and energy although my case really did that! I took so many appointments and all was covered by contract and I repeat he never complained! Never played busy although He's really busy! One of the most important things! He's so credible at the court! Judges know him well and respect him! He understands very well how the court dynamics works! He understands how the judges and government attorneys ask their questions and can pretty much expect a lot of their actions! It's experience + intelligence + strong analytical thinking! Honestly I learned a lot from Mr Roberts far beyond my case!
