The first appointment, they will give you so many promises and make the situation sounds very easy. I remember when my sister had her first interview, they told us that the officer will go easy on teenagers so they didn’t train her much because the lawyer was out of town. In addition, they didn’t hav...e any evidence to support the case. Of course she got a rejection then her case went to the court. They asked for another $4000 and told us the same promises that they have their own way to make the case go faster. My sister started with them when she was 16 now she is 21 and she still doesn’t have any paperwork to go to school.

I was a customer of Mr. Roberts for several years. I had an asylum case. He just ruined my case by being careless and irresponsible. He did not prepare basic facts and documents for the case.
