I cannot express enough how thankful I am that I chose Gus Shihab as our immigration lawyer! Gus Shihab went above and beyond for my husband and I. My husband, who is Yemeni, had a very complicated and extremely difficult case that was drawn out over a year long! Gus fought from all angles and... thought out every move he made in great detail. My husband and I hired Gus a little over 3 years ago when my husband became stranded in India. He had been in the US on an H1B visa. We were married before he went back to India for his sister's wedding, but his visa expired while he was out of the country. Because of this, he was unable yo come h...ome until he had a Green Card.
