I finally have a moment to sit down and put into words my heartfelt appreciation for his assistance in resolving my case. I hired attorney Shihab in a near hopeless case. I had complications in my green card process and received an RFE that needed to be responded within 45 days. At the time I hired Gus Shihab, it seemed very unlikely that RFE could be responded wihin 45 days. Attorney Shihab took the time to listen to m...y facts and provided me with powerful advise that no attorney before him could even imagine. Attorney Shihab took charge (very strong leadership role) and went over and above the call of duty. With very creative suggestions from Attorney Shihab, we managed to arrange the response to the RFE from a third party. Entire credit goes to Attorney Shihab to convince the third party to respond. Even though we got the response from third party, the response itself was not strong enough to get the green card. (It was entirely third party decision) Attorney Shihab made very compelling arguments to immigration while sticking to the point and remain professional. I finally got the green card.
