I have really enjoyed working with Ghassan (Gus) and his team. I had an H1 case which was different from your norm. It was complex in the sense that I had ownership in the company that was sponsoring my H1. From the first meeting with Gus, he was very knowledgeable about how best to present my case ...and all the necessary steps to take. He assured me that though my case was different it wasn't impossible due to some changes that had recently occured with H1 filing. (Prior to meeting with Gus, I met with different attorneys (at least 3) who had no idea of this change in H1 filing that allowed my case to be possible). My case was handled in a timely manner, communication with Gus and his team was very easy (they constantly kept me up to date and also responded quickly if I had questions). All the necessary paperwork was done on time. I received my H1 about a week ago and will be moving forward with Ghassan and team for my green card filing. I have contacted Gus Shihab about 4 months ago for my E-2 Visa RFE, we did a consultation and I really liked the way he explained everything and went over all details with us , I have done consults with 2 others before him and they did not even discuss any details all they wanted is to take care of o...ur case, then the E-2 got resolved without the need for a lawyer. about 10 days ago I contacted him to apply for H1-B visa, it was a last minute decision with my CEO, I e-mailed Mr Shihab at 2:00 am , he replied to me the same morning at 6:00 am then he Called me the same day at 10:00 am, he was honest stright forward and he told me we were late but we had a chance if we acted fast, sure we did and the H1-B visa was filed just on time, actually we missed the first day but we will have it delivered on April second and we hope for the best. the speed he finished my case, the way he responded back and forth and communicated with the petitioner , his professionalism, if I e-mail him he gets back at me in less than 10 minutes, he kept us informed and involved all the time. I really felt I was taken care of with highest level possible he definitely exceeded my expectations. I know we made the right decision when we hired him, definitely you cant go wrong.
