We contacted Ms. Kim due to a significant tax issue that needed to be resolved. After interviewing several "tax specialists" and a couple tax attorneys, we chose Ms. Kim. All tax specialists and tax attorneys we contacted requested a very large fee, and a large non-refundable retainer (only after whi...ch is paid, were we told of the large fee) and seemed to be based on a percentage of what we owed and not the amount of work required. Most " tax specialists" with the largest fees were not even tax attorneys! Ms. Kim only asked that her time be paid for an initial consultation and was upfront with what it would cost to represent us. She charged us a fair and reasonable fee that made sense to us to handle our case. Ms. Kim was the most qualified as well, of all we spoke to, and is extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, polite and understanding. She and her staff were always quick to respond and available to answer any questions and address any concerns we had. She represented us and negotiated with our best interests in mind. She always kept us informed of all options available and advised us of the best ones. Ms. Kim was able to help us reach an extremely favorable outcome. We are so grateful for her dedication and sincere efforts to help us seamlessly navigate one of the most stressful situations imaginable. We highly recommend Ms. Kim to anyone that is in this situation. Simply put, she is the best!
