I am a sole practioner in Northern Virginia. I graduated from Herndon High School, attended the University of Virginia where I double majored in History and Foreign Affairs. I worked for three years as a Deputy Trial Clerk at the United States Tax Court before attending Memphis State (now the University of Memphis) Cecil C. Humphrey's School of Law. I worked as a law clerk while at school as well as being on the Moot Court Board and Law Review. Licensed in DC and Virginia since 1987, I am engaged in the practice of criminal defense. My practice consists of traffic cases, misdemeanor charges as well as serious felonies as well as probation violation cases. In particular, I have considerable experience in drug and mental health related issues as the they relate to criminal defense and sentencing options.
