Sean David O'Malie

Las palabras me faltan para expresar lo agradecida que estoy al abogado O'Malie por la forma que llevó mi caso sobre las consecuencias de un accidente de tránsito que dejó secuelas físicas desvastadoras. I had been arrested for shoplifting when I retained Mr. O'Malie. I believe it was my 4th arrest. Mr. O'Malie was highly recommended to me. When I 1st met w/Mr. O'Malie, I was not sure what was going to happen or where I was going to end up. I went over all of the facts of my case w/Mr. O'Malie, adm...itting guilt to what I had been charged & arrested for. Mr. O'Malie was very straight forward & reminded me that because of my previous arrest's the judge was not going to look kindly on this new arrest. Mr. O'Malie laid everything out on the table as to what could, should or would happen. He was straight forward about everything never letting me believe it would be a walk in the park or a piece of cake. As it turned out, I was sentenced to 45-days in jail. At 1st I thought WHAT!?!? WHY!?!?!? but then Mr. O'Malie explained to me that since I was already on probation in another jurisdiction until Oct. 2011, it was best I be incarcerated until after my probation was to end in the other jurisdiction to get it out of the way in order to deal w/the new charge. Mr. O'Malie's knowledge of the law & his appearance before the Courts was very important to me. As it turned out, he was more than that. He always kept in touch w/me every step of the way. He explained everything to me about my case/situation in order for me to fully understand not only the reason(s) but the outcome/effect it would bring. I consider Mr. O'Malie a top Attorney in every sense of the definition. He never promised me anything or beat around the bush. It was always matter-of-fact & in the end, I considered myself very blessed to have Mr. O'Malie on my side.

I was very satisfied, to say the least, with the counsel provided by Mr. O'Malie. He took a very down-to-earth, humane approach with my situation, which I felt very comfortable with. We sat down weeks prior to the court date and he stated plainly and clearly the facts and possible repercussions so th...at I knew what I could expect and what I was dealing with. We discussed what we had in our favor for the case and how to mitigate the possible consequences. Whenever I had a question or doubt, my calls were always returned promptly. I’ve come to Mr.O'Malie for legal counsel on two occasions, and I would continue to rely on him on a future occasion, if such situation were to occur. Most reviews have pros and cons, but with Mr. O’Malie there are no cons because he is a pro through and through. Excellent lawyer!!!
