I would highly recommend Mr. DePaolis to all. Mr. DePaolis was very compassionate about his job and had his client's best interest in mind. Mr. DePaolis's staff was very helpful during the process and kept me informed of the status of my case. Last year, I was hit by a drunk driver who was driving without a license and my car was totaled. In 2011 I was involved in a slip and fall incident, that left me with a broken ankle, 3 surgeries, and permanent damage. At the first meeting with Mr DePaolis, he explained to me in no uncertain terms that slip and fall cases are a 50/50 shot, and by no means an open and shut case; but also agreed t...o take me on as a client. I instantly felt he was someone I could trust, and after knowing how long he had been practicing and how well he was respected, I figured "well he must feel I have a somewhat of a chance if he is taking me on". Little did I know that due to unforeseen circumstances it would take almost 4 years to settle my case, but in January of this year we finally were able to receive a settlement. Throughout my case I was made aware of every single thing that was going on as it was happening and I was always asked if I understood or had questions, and was never made to feel unintelligent if there was something I was not clear on. His staff that I worked personally with were always polite, courteous, and extremely helpful (especially, and in particular Judy Ali and Patty Gray). If I ever had a question they always responded to me in a timely manner, and I never felt I was ever put on the back burner. Mr DePaolis is very caring, intelligent, very easy to talk to, extremely trustworthy, and I would (and have) highly recommend him to anyone looking for a terrific lawyer. I pray I will never need an injury attorney again, but if I ever did, he would be the very first call I made.
