Kevin A. Quintanilla

I am an attorney at Gross, Romanick, Dean & DeSimone, P.C., where I assist clients in business-related litigation in state and federal courts throughout the Washington, D.C. area.

I also support small business owners through every stage of the business lifecycle, from entity formation and structuring to regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

I enjoy helping clients navigate legal challenges, solving problems, and being there for those in need. I strive to be responsive, efficient, and collaborative, listening closely to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to make the process as smooth as possible, keeping clients informed and supported every step of the way.

Before becoming an attorney, I served on active duty in the U.S. Navy, earned a business degree from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech, and completed my J.D. at American University Washington College of Law where I focused my coursework on commercial and corporate law.

I am admitted to practice in the Virginia Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia, and U.S Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
