I received a traffic citation for "Fail pay full time & attention." I received a reckless driving ticket on good ole RT 66 in Virginia and I called a half a dozen lawyers in northern Virginia and every lawyer I called wanted me to be proactive with my ticket and take a driving course before court with a perfect driving record, as well as charge a $1,000.00 for a 2 ho...ur service. Kelly did not do this. We spoke three times and she was amazing. Kelly informed me on exactly what I was facing and what would "probably" happen. She completely predicted my case accurately with out all of the mumbo jumbo that every other lawyer was filling my head with. Kelly charges less and she is honest. Ms. Sprissler took very good care of my case and was able to get the judge to reduce the speed, points and fine I would have otherwise had to pay. After our meeting, she was able to quickly grasp the facts of the case, develop a clear strategy that I could understand and agree with, and then proce...eded to work through through the prosecutor and ultimately convince the judge to the lower speed, points and fine. Her arguments to the judge were were very compelling and exactly what she said she would do. She did not make promises that she could not keep and I always knew how good or bad the outcome could be.
