I called Mr. Stuart for a time-sensitive trust issue. I have been promised a return call from Mr. Stuart after forwarding my documents. I have called his office 6-8 times for 4 weeks. I asked if he is too busy could they please recommend another lawyer. I told them I am happy to pay for the con...sultation to see if it was worth pursuing. I was told I would receive a call by the end of the day each time I called. I have never received a call back or told that he is too busy to speak with me or review my case.

Joe is a fabulous attorney - he completed our wills, led me through the maze of having to file paperwork with the County to change names on stocks, gave advice on the legality of other stock purchases, and everything in between. He is completely trustworthy and very low-key - he never pushed anything... on us. Would highly recommend.

Took a will to court that was not signed because the person died the day she was to sign. He did an excellent job of putting the pieces together and winning the case. The will was recognized by state of VA. Lesson learned I had him do a will for me that I had been putting off doing. Instead of fillin...g out tons of paperwork I found him a patient listener who put the details correctly in the will
