John Frazer

I received a misdemeanor charge in a different state, which I was not convicted of. Unfortunately, the pending charge resulted in Fairfax County denying my CCW permit renewal without cause or due process. I found Mr. Frazer on VCDL's website and gave him a call to see if he could help me. Not only... was his experience in firearms law vast and impressive, he also took a genuine interest in the application of law within this situation. John really helped me out, and was professional, honest and up front about the entire process. He helped me renew my permit which was denied on false grounds to begin with. I'm positive he is not only a good lawyer, but a good man, and has a firm grasp of the Constitution and the applied law associated with it.
