I contacted hunter based in top google reviews in Fairfax and was disappointed. Do not hire! I had the worst experience. I appealed the case I hired him on after being unhappy about the decision he got for me. He did nothing for me and didn’t even attempt to lessens my charge. The lawyer I appealed w...ith was Raj Dua from Fairfax and he got my case dismissed. Raj listened to what I wanted and when above the experience I had with Hunter. Hiring Hunter Whitestone was the worst decision I have made in my life.

I Got a 2ND DUI in Fairfax County within 10 Years on 28th Oct 2015 My BAC was .16 And the video was very Sad Hunter Helped me Drop My DUI to First and let me keep a restricted License for a year instead of 3 years I was Going To get 20 days in jail and he was very prompt in Submitting my applicati...on for Home arrest . I was transferred To PRC The next day and Finally got my home arrest. I Only stayed In General Population One Night He Is a very good attorney and I strongly recommend him to any one who might need help. His Fee is Not as High as some others I have consulted. He and his team are worth every Dollar

I recently received a hit and run along with a reckless driving charge and a DUI charge. The officer was pissed but he was still very professional. I was out on bond. I hired Hunter. He reviewed my case and accepted to represent me. It was a bit expense but worth every dollar. I have no prior records... and I was really scared I was gonna do some jail time and destroy my record. I cannot begin to describe what he did. All charges were nolle prosequi and for the hit and run, I only paid a fine. I recommend this attorney. It's true that it gets frustrating because he does not communicate too much but one thing is for sure he gets the job done. This is the go to attorney.
