Hunter A Whitestone

Mr. Whitestone has truly helped me through some tough situations. He has helped me through two felony charges (one dismissed, the other dropped down to a misdemeanor). Mr. Whitestone has also represented me on multiple traffic and misdemeanor cases. I always felt extremely satisfied with the outcome ...of the cases.

I was charged with a DWI 2nd and a refusal to do the breathalyzer. I thought I was done for. Hunter came in and was able to get the refusal charge dismissed and got the DWI 2nd reduced to a DUI 1st. All jail time suspended. I did not go to jail. I guess this is a chance for me to open my eyes and imp...rove my life. All the other lawyers, I had met, told me that I was done for and I was going to go in jail for at least 10 days for the DWI 2nd and 30 days for the refusal and I had to get prepared for that. I feel that Hunter could have gotten both charges dismissed if I decided to go to trial but with my current situation I could not risk going to jail for even a day. So I took the deal he workout for me and quite frankly I was proud of him to pull this type of strings. The police officer was very docile and friendly around hunter which shows the old adage still lives. "A good lawyer knows the law, but a great lawyer knows the prosecutor and the judge." I definitely recommend Hunter Whitestone. Take my word for it. He may seem quite and calm but that is just his style as I truly think he is an introvert but don't mistake that for weakness as my father always said a great man never talks the talk but walks the walk and that is what I needed in a lawyer.
