Eric was the right choice for my Reckless Driving Case

After I got a ticket for Reckless Driving I must have received 20 letters from local attorneys. Eric's was the one that caught my eye. While other's wrote about "plea deals" and "working it out with the Commonwealth" Eric said, "I want to win your case." He also didn't load his letter with stuff l...ike "you can go to jail, etc..." As soon as I called his office I could tell he was the real deal. He gave me time to explain my case and assured me that the likelihood of a jail sentence was very low. When we went to court, the prosecutor refused to dismiss the case despite my having calibrated my speedometer and my good driving record. Eric took the case to the judge and argued very forcefully on my behalf. The judge seemed very impressed and I walked out of court without any points on my license. Eric was worth every penny!

2 Trials…2 NOT GUILTY'S

I just turned 18 and I was charged with possession of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Without a lawyer, I had already pled guilty to the marijuana charge. Then I met Mr. Clingan. He explained everything I needed to know about the court system and he even advised me to app...eal my marijuana case to the Circuit Court, which I did. He listened to the facts on each case and told me that I had some pretty good defenses. When we went to Prince William County for the contributing to delinquency charge the prosecutor wanted 10 days in jail! Eric advised me to go to trial and he was right. The judge threw the case out without us even having to put on any evidence or prove our case. In Fairfax, the prosecutor was only offering me the “251” program. Eric advised me that the judge would likely give me the program even if we lost at trial, so we went to trial again. And we won, again! Eric kept the prosecutor from being able to use the marijuana against me by nailing the officer on the stand. Even the judge said at the end, “We all know it was marijuana, but the Commonwealth couldn’t prove it.” The judge gave compliments to Mr. Clingan in front of the whole courtroom, too.

Possession of Marijuana - Eric Rocks

My girlfriend and I got pulled over and the cop ended up charging us with possession of marijuana. There was a blunt that my buddy left behind and it rolled under the passenger seat. Anyway, I had heard good things about Mr. Clingan from another friend and he turned out to be right. Mr. Clingan is... very aggressive in court. The prosecutor wanted to have me do some program but Mr. Clingan told me that my case was tight and there was no reason to give up and plea. Anyway, we went to trial and after about 5 minutes (no kidding) the case was totally thrown out. Mr. Clingan was worth every penny I paid to him and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needed to beat a charge.
