Edward Peter Cuccias

I met with an accident on a rainy day. It was very bad and the the car got totaled. I was given a "reckless" ticket. I had to be at the court. Then I found a lawyer who at the last moment said was going on a vacation. So I had to postpone my court date. This time I was on a business trip and came ba...ck 3 days before my court date. Then I asked my friend who, I recalled, got a reckless in fairfax county. He gave me Mr. Cuccias's details and I called him at around 5:00 Pm in the evening. I was given an appointment the next day. I went there and explained the whole scenario. He understood it so well that he mentioned a couple of points which I missed which would prove me not at fault :-). The next day at court I was asked to wait and have something to eat. While I was having my breakfast at the cafeteria Mr. Cuccias found me and explained that the case was amended that I need to "pay fulltime attention" and there were no points on my record. Happy me!! After almost 1 year today I asked for some information regarding my case and he quickly responded. I surely recommend him.
