Biography
I represent executives and entrepreneurs, as well as their families and businesses, in resolving legal issues which touch all areas of their professional and personal lives. No problem is too big or too small. While my preference is to resolve matters in an amicable and expeditious manner without exposing clients to the uncertainty of litigation, I recognize that the desired outcome is not always attainable without court action, in which case I will to zealously fight and advocate for my clients.
Scope of Practice: Business and corporate law and disputes, employment law, divorce and child custody, U.S. immigration law (both employer and family based immigration), criminal defense and investigations, bankruptcy law, intellectual property, contract drafting and disputes, and international law.
